iOS Safari Content Blocker
Last updated: 2026-05-10
NeverCleaner (“the App”) is a Safari Content Blocker extension for iOS. The App does not collect, store, transmit, share, or sell any user data. Because no personal information is processed, jurisdiction-specific obligations under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California) do not apply — there is no data subject to access, rectification, deletion, or sale.
The App does not collect any of the following:
The App’s Content Blocker extension makes no network requests of its own. All Content Blocker rules are bundled with the App at install time and processed entirely on-device by Safari. The host App’s only outgoing action is opening Safari to a designated URL when the user taps a button. Rule updates are delivered only through normal App Store version updates.
The App does not integrate with any third-party SDK, analytics service, advertising network, crash reporter, or telemetry tool.
The App requires only the Safari Content Blocker entitlement, which Apple grants to all Content Blocker extensions and which is enabled at the user’s discretion via iOS Settings → Safari → Extensions.
Safari Content Blockers operate by passing static JSON rules to Safari at the OS level. Safari applies the rules itself; the App is not invoked when the user browses the web. Disabling the extension or removing the App restores the original page rendering.
The App is rated 4+. Because the App collects no data of any kind, it does not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children.
